What still needs confirmation

  • Assessment targets October 3, 2026; sources were retrieved October 4, 2026. No archived October 3 snapshot was obtained. ADEQ's examination page displays September 26, 2025 revision; its program page displays February 4, 2026 revision.
  • Grade 1–4 to Class I–IV correspondence is supported by explicit ADEQ Grade/Class headings in a legacy document referencing 2012 criteria and 2016 administrative instructions. Its topic weights, fees and administrative instructions must not be treated as current. Current 2025 standardized scope is independently supported by ADEQ's current certification guide.
  • The ADEQ-designated GateWay administrator corroborates the current edition: https://sites.google.com/gatewaycc.edu/adeq-water-operator-cert/home/about-the-exam says exams cover all four areas, each with four grades, and are based on the 2025 ABC edition. Its home page directs candidates to 'ABCs 2025 New Standardized Exam Need-To-Know Criteria'. Neither statement is used alone as proof.
  • Eight distinct source URLs were opened. WPI's ADEQ-linked 2025 criteria landing page returned an access-verification screen; individual current WPI class outlines were not inspected. The successful ADEQ guide extraction supplies the standardized-scope evidence.
  • No Arizona-customized exam, separate state-specific examination, Arizona-only regulatory exam component, or mandatory pre-exam course was established by the opened sources. Therefore no unique Arizona exam course is identified; local eligibility, early-exam approval and certification administration remain separate from shared exam preparation.
